DAREON™-5: A Study to Test Whether Different Doses of BI 764532 Help People With Small Cell Lung Cancer or Other Neuroendocrine Cancers

This study is for adults with certain advanced cancers, including small cell lung cancer. It tests a new treatment called BI 764532 to see if different doses are safe and can shrink tumours. Sometimes, this treatment is called obrixtamig.
