A pilot and feasibility study comparing vaginal continence devices and pelvic floor muscle training (PFMT) versus PFMT only for female stress urinary incontinence

This study looks at new ways to help women with bladder leakage when they cough, sneeze, or laugh. It compares pelvic floor muscle exercises alone with these exercises plus a small device worn inside the vagina, aiming to find the best way to improve quality of life.
