A Study to Assess Safety, Tolerability and Efficacy of Garetosmab Versus Placebo Administered Intravenously (IV) in Adult Participants With Fibrodysplasia Ossificans Progressiva (FOP)

This study is looking into a new drug, garetosmab, for adults with Fibrodysplasia Ossificans Progressiva (FOP). We want to find out if it's safe, how well it works, and if it helps with FOP symptoms. It's a Phase 3 trial, meaning it's in the later stages of testing.

A Phase 2 study to assess the efficacy and safety of 2 dosage regimens of oral fidrisertib (IPN60130) for the treatment of fibrodysplasia ossificans progressiva in male and female paediatric and adult participants.
