AMEND - Add-on MEmaNtine to Dopamine modulation to improve negative symptoms at first psychosis
This study looks at whether adding a medicine called memantine to usual treatment can help young people experiencing their first episode of psychosis. Researchers want to see if it improves 'negative symptoms' like lacking motivation or social withdrawal, over 12 weeks.

Stratification and Treatment in Early Psychosis Study - ENHANCE
This study looks at adding CBD oil to usual treatment for young people (16-40) experiencing their first episode of psychosis, who haven't fully improved yet. We want to see if CBD helps and is safe, compared to a dummy treatment.
