A Study to Learn More About the Effects and Long-Term Safety of Omaveloxolone (BIIB141) in Children and Teens With Friedreich's Ataxia
This study looks at a medicine called omaveloxolone (SKYCLARYS®) for children and teenagers aged 2 to 15 with Friedreich’s Ataxia. It aims to see how well it works and if it's safe, as it's currently only approved for adults.

Friedreich Ataxia Global Clinical Consortium UNIFIED Natural History Study
Researchers are studying Friedreich ataxia to better understand how the condition progresses and to help develop new treatments. This study will follow people with Friedreich ataxia for many years, gathering information about their health and how the condition affects them.
