Chemotherapy for the Treatment of Patients With Newly Diagnosed Very Low-Risk and Low Risk Fusion Negative Rhabdomyosarcoma

This study is giving children and young adults with a type of soft tissue cancer called rhabdomyosarcoma new chemotherapy. It aims to see if less harsh treatment works for those with very low-risk cancer, and if standard treatment works well for others, while also studying patients with specific genetic changes.
