A Phase 1b/3 Study of Bemarituzumab Plus Chemotherapy and Nivolumab Versus Chemotherapy and Nivolumab Alone in Subjects With Previously Untreated Advanced Gastric and Gastroesophageal Junction Cancer With FGFR2b Overexpression (FORTITUDE-102)

This study is for people with advanced stomach or gut cancer that has a specific genetic marker called FGFR2b. It tests a new drug, bemarituzumab, combined with usual treatments (chemotherapy and nivolumab) to see if it works better than usual treatments alone.
