68Ga-FAPI PET/CT: The Diagnostic Accuracy for Primary Staging and Re-staging after Chemotherapy in Patients with Gastric and Gastro-esophageal Junctional Cancer

This study is looking at new ways to scan people with stomach or food pipe cancer. It compares two types of special scans (FAPI PET/CT and FDG PET/CT) to see which one is better at finding cancer and checking how well treatments are working. The aim is to improve how doctors understand and treat these cancers.
