Safety and Tolerability of a Timolol Releasing Intraocular Implant in Subjects With Primary Open-angle Glaucoma
This study is looking at a new, tiny implant for people with glaucoma. It slowly releases medicine called timolol inside the eye to see how safe it is and if people can tolerate it well. This is an early-stage study to test it in humans for the first time.

A Therapeutic Non-Inferiority, Randomized, Observer-blind, Active-reference, Two-arm, Parallel Group, Multi-center Clinical Trial for Comparing the Efficacy and Tolerability of a Generic Fixed Combination of Brinzolamide 10mg/ml + Timolol 5mg/ml Eye Drops versus Azarga® 10mg/ml + 5mg/ml Eye Drops in the Treatment of Intraocular Pressure in Patients with Open Angle Glaucoma or Ocular Hypertension
This study compares two eye drop treatments for glaucoma and eye pressure. It checks if a new generic eye drop works just as well as an existing one, Azarga, and how safe they both are for adults with high eye pressure or glaucoma.

Evaluation of the regenerative efficacy of Endoret® (PRGF-Plasm Rich in Growth Factors) on the ocular surface of glaucoma patients treated chronically with ocular hypotensive drugs, Evaluación de la eficacia regenerativa de Endoret® (PRGF-Plasma Rico en Factores de Crecimiento) en la superficie ocular de pacientes glaucomatosos tratados de forma crónica con fármacos hipotensores oculares
This study looks at a new treatment called Endoret® for people with glaucoma. It aims to see if this treatment can help improve the surface of the eye, especially for those who use eye drops long-term. We're checking how much it helps reduce eye dryness.

A Therapeutic Non-Inferiority, Randomized, Observer-blind, Active-comparator, Two-arm, Parallel Group, Multi-center Clinical Trial for Comparing the Efficacy and Tolerability of a Generic Fixed Dose Combination of Brimonidine Tartrate 2 mg/ml + Timolol 5 mg/ml Eye Drops versus Combigan® 2 mg/ml + 5 mg/ml Eye Drops in the Treatment of Intraocular Pressure in Patients with Open Angle Glaucoma or Ocular Hypertension
This study compares two eye drop medications, Brimonidine-Timolol and Combigan, for treating eye conditions like glaucoma and ocular hypertension. Researchers want to see if the new generic eye drops work just as well as the established brand-name ones in lowering pressure inside the eye over 12 weeks, and if they cause similar side effects.
