The PALSUR-study: Palliative Care Versus Surgery in High-grade Glioma Patients (ENCRAM 2203)
This study looks at the best way to care for people with a serious type of brain tumour called high-grade glioma. It compares palliative care, a small operation (biopsy), or a larger operation (resection) to see which approach offers the best quality of life and survival.

The RESBIOP-study: Resection Versus Biopsy in High-grade Glioma Patients (ENCRAM 2202)
This study compares two ways to treat serious brain tumours (high-grade gliomas) in older patients or those who are not very active: having surgery to remove the tumour (resection) or taking a small tissue sample (biopsy). It looks at survival, quality of life, and if patients can then have other treatments.
