A Study of the Safety and Activity of Sparsentan for the Treatment of Patients With Immunoglobulin A Nephropathy

This study looks at a new drug, Sparsentan, for people with kidney disease called IgA Nephropathy. It aims to see if the drug is safe and helpful in protecting the kidneys, both for newly diagnosed patients and those who have had a kidney transplant.
