Extended Treatment Protocol for Subjects Continuing to Benefit From Ibrutinib.
This study helps people with certain cancers or GvHD who are already taking ibrutinib and benefiting from it. It allows them to keep getting the medication if they can't get it commercially and helps researchers learn more about its long-term use.

A multicenter, open-label, randomized, phase II clinical trial comparing safety and durable overall response rate (DOR) at 56 days in patients with steroid resistant severe acute GvHD after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation treated with decidua stromal cells (DSC) or best available treatment (BAT)
This study looks at a new cell treatment for severe GvHD in adults after a stem cell transplant. It compares the new treatment with standard care to see if it's safe and helps improve patient conditions and how long that improvement lasts.
