ATr Inhibitor in Combination With Olaparib/Durvalumab (MEDI4736) in Gynaecological Cancers With ARId1A Loss or no Loss
This study looks at new treatments for gynaecological cancers that have come back. It tests a drug called ceralasertib, sometimes with olaparib or durvalumab, to see how well they work in different types of cancer cells, especially those with a specific gene change called ARID1A loss.

Vaginal Fluid Derived Biomarkers in the Early Detection and Evolution of Gynaecological Cancers
This study looks for early signs of gynaecological cancers by testing fluid from the vagina, along with blood and urine. It compares these tests in people with and without cancer to find ways to detect cancer sooner and check if treatments are working.
