This study is looking at different ways to help people feel relaxed and comfortable during hand surgery. It compares using special calming medicines with a technique called hypnotherapy to see which works best at reducing anxiety during the operation.

Bicarbonate Addition to Lidocaine-Epinephrine in Surgery Under WALANT
This study looks at a common local anaesthetic used in hand and foot surgery. We want to see if removing a chemical called bicarbonate from the anaesthetic mix still provides good pain relief and recovery, aiming for a simpler, safer solution without less comfort for patients.
