A Phase 3, Open-label, Single Arm, Multicenter Study of Ravulizumab in Addition to Best Supportive Care in Pediatric Participants (from 1 month to <18 years of age) with Thrombotic Microangiopathy (TMA) after Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation (HSCT)

This study is testing a new medicine called Ultomiris for children and teenagers (from 1 month old to under 18) who get a serious condition called TMA after a stem cell transplant. It aims to see if Ultomiris helps treat TMA and improve their health.
