Trial of an Exercise Intervention for Children With Haemophilia
This study looks at whether a special exercise programme can help boys aged 6-12 with haemophilia. The aim is to see if strengthening muscles can improve their joint health, reduce pain, and help them join in more activities with friends, compared to their usual care.

Long-term Safety and Efficacy Study of Fitusiran in Patients With Hemophilia A or B, With or Without Inhibitory Antibodies to Factor VIII or IX
This study looks closely at a new medicine called fitusiran for men with haemophilia A or B. It aims to see how safe the medicine is over a long time and how well it prevents bleeding, as well as if it improves quality of life.
