The Evaluation of PC14586 in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors Harboring a TP53 Y220C Mutation (PYNNACLE)

Breast Cancer Evolution During Neoadjuvant Systemic Therapy
This study, called BELIEVE, collects tissue and blood samples from people with breast cancer before surgery. Researchers want to understand why some cancers respond well to treatment and others don't, how to better measure treatment success, and predict if cancer might return. It helps improve future breast cancer care.
