Multicenter open-label, phase II trial, to evaluate the efficacy and safety of nal-IRI for progressing brain metastases in patients with HER2-negative breast cancer.

This study looks at a new drug, Onivyde, for people with HER2-negative breast cancer that has spread to the brain. We want to see if Onivyde can shrink these brain tumors and if it's safe to use. It's a key step in finding better treatments.
