PHASE IB/II STUDY TO EVALUATE SAFETY AND PRELIMINARY EFFICACY OF ZANIDATAMAB IN COMBINATION WITH TUCATINIB AND CHEMOTHERAPY (CAPECITABINE OR ERIBULIN MESYLATE) IN HER2-POSITIVE ADVANCED BREAST CANCER (The JAZMINE Study)

This study, called JAZMINE, is testing a new combination of medicines for a type of advanced breast cancer. It combines a new drug, zanidatamab, with existing treatments like tucatinib and chemotherapy (capecitabine or eribulin) to see if it's safe and effective.

EPIK-B2: A two part, Phase III, multicenter, randomized (1:1), double-blind, placebo-controlled study to assess the efficacy and safety of alpelisib (BYL719) in combination with trastuzumab and pertuzumab as maintenance therapy in patients with HER2-positive advanced breast cancer with a PIK3CA mutation
