A Study of Enlicitide Decanoate (MK-0616, an Oral PCSK9 Inhibitor) in Children and Adolescents With Heterozygous Familial Hypercholesterolemia (MK-0616-029)

This study is looking at a new oral medicine, enlicitide decanoate, for children and teenagers aged 6-17 with a condition called Heterozygous Familial Hypercholesterolemia (HeFH). We want to see if it's safe and helps lower high cholesterol levels.

A Safety and Tolerability Trial Evaluating CTX310 in Participants With Refractory Dyslipidemias

This study is testing a new medicine called CTX310 for people in the UK with high cholesterol and fats in their blood that haven't improved with usual treatments. It will check if the medicine is safe and how well people tolerate different doses. It's an early-stage study.
