This study is looking for better ways to spot pre-eclampsia early in high-risk pregnancies. Researchers are testing a quick, non-invasive method that measures the stiffness of blood vessels, alongside other checks, to help improve care for expectant mothers.

IMPACT Study: IMProve Pregnancy in APS With Certolizumab Therapy
This study looks at adding a new medicine, certolizumab, to standard treatment for pregnant women with a condition called antiphospholipid syndrome (APS). We want to see if this combination can improve pregnancy outcomes for mothers and babies.
