This study looks at a gentle treatment called Remote Ischaemic Conditioning (RIC) for people with hip fractures. RIC uses a blood pressure cuff to briefly restrict blood flow in an arm or leg, aiming to improve healing and reduce problems after surgery. We want to see if it's safe and practical.
