Efficacy and Safety of Vamifeport in Adult Participants With Homeostatic Iron Regulator Gene (HFE)-Related Hereditary Hemochromatosis
This study is testing a new medicine, Vamifeport, for people with a common type of iron overload called hereditary hemochromatosis. It aims to see if the medicine can reduce the amount of iron stored in the liver. Two groups will be compared: one getting the medicine and one getting a dummy pill.
