Evaluation of the Effect of Lomitapide Treatment on Major Adverse Cardiovascular Events (MACE) in Patients With Homozygous Familial Hypercholesterolemia
This study looks at how a medicine called lomitapide affects people with a rare inherited condition called Homozygous Familial Hypercholesterolemia (HoFH). HoFH causes very high cholesterol. Researchers are checking if lomitapide helps reduce serious heart problems over time.
