This study looks at a new drug (PF-07220060) combined with a standard breast cancer treatment (Fulvestrant). It's for advanced hormone receptor-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer that has grown after previous CDK 4/6 inhibitor treatment. Researchers want to see if the new combination works better.

This study is looking at a new medicine (PF-07220060) combined with a standard breast cancer drug (Letrozole). It's for women after menopause with a specific type of breast cancer, to see if the combination helps shrink the cancer before surgery. We want to know how well it works and if it's safe.
