Safety and Efficacy Study of Enzalutamide Plus Leuprolide in Patients With Nonmetastatic Prostate Cancer (EMBARK)
This study looks at a new combination of medicines, enzalutamide and leuprolide, for men with prostate cancer that hasn't spread but is considered high-risk. The goal is to see how safe and effective this combination is in slowing down the cancer.

This Study Will Explore Whether a Combination of the Investigational Drug Mevrometostat (PF-06821497) and Enzalutamide Will Work Better Than Taking Enzalutamide Alone in Participants With mCSPC Who Are ARPI naïve.
This study looks at a new drug, mevrometostat, combined with enzalutamide for men with prostate cancer that has spread. It compares this combination to enzalutamide alone, to see if it works better for those not yet treated with specific hormone therapies.

Capivasertib+Abiraterone as Treatment for Patients With Metastatic Hormone-sensitive Prostate Cancer and PTEN Deficiency
This study looks at a new drug, capivasertib, combined with standard treatment (abiraterone and ADT) for men with prostate cancer that has spread and is sensitive to hormone treatment. It's for men whose cancer has a specific change called PTEN deficiency.
