OLE Study of Carbetocin Nasal Spray for the Treatment of Hyperphagia in Prader-Willi Syndrome
This study is looking at the long-term safety and how well a carbetocin nasal spray is tolerated by people aged 5 to 30 years with Prader-Willi Syndrome. It aims to see if it can help with excessive hunger (hyperphagia).

Study of Carbetocin Nasal Spray for the Treatment of Hyperphagia in Prader-Willi Syndrome
This study is testing a nasal spray called carbetocin for people with Prader-Willi syndrome (PWS) who have a strong urge to eat. It aims to see if the spray can help reduce this feeling of constant hunger. Participants will use either the real spray or a dummy spray for 12 weeks.
