PaTH Forward: A Phase 2, Multicenter, Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo Controlled, Parallel Group Trial with an Open-Label Extension, Investigating the Safety, Tolerability and Efficacy of TransCon PTH Administered Subcutaneously Daily in Adults with Hypoparathyroidism

This study, called 'PaTH Forward', is looking at a new medicine called TransCon PTH for adults with hypoparathyroidism. It aims to see if the medicine is safe, well-tolerated, and helps control calcium levels, potentially reducing the need for vitamin D and high calcium supplements.
