This study looks for a simpler way to diagnose a kidney condition called Idiopathic Nephrotic Syndrome (INS). Currently, it needs a kidney biopsy, which can be risky. Researchers are testing a new blood test and score (SNIT) to see if it can accurately diagnose INS without needing a biopsy.
