Phase 2 Study of ADX-038 in Complement-Mediated Kidney Disease
This study is testing a new medicine, ADX-038, for adults with certain kidney diseases caused by a problem with the body's immune system, called the complement system. We want to see if it's safe and helps people with conditions like IgA nephropathy (IgAN) or C3 glomerulopathy (C3G).

Study of Ravulizumab in Immunoglobulin A Nephropathy (IgAN)
This study is looking at a new medicine called ravulizumab for adults with a kidney condition called IgAN. We want to see if it helps reduce kidney damage and improve kidney function compared to a dummy medicine.
