A Study of Mezagitamab in Adults With Primary Immunoglobulin A Nephropathy Receiving Stable Background Therapy

This study is testing a new medicine, mezagitamab, for adults with a kidney disease called IgA nephropathy (or Berger's disease). It's an early-stage study to see how safe the medicine is and how it works in the body, while patients are already on their usual treatment.
