Prospective, multi-center, randomized, double-blinded, placebo-controlled phase IIb clinical trial to evaluate safety and efficacy of DUOFAG® in bacterial infection treatment in patients with complicated wounds

This study is testing a new treatment called DUOFAG for serious infected skin wounds. It aims to see if DUOFAG is safe and effective at clearing specific bacteria like S. aureus and P. aeruginosa and helping wounds heal. Some people will get DUOFAG, others a dummy treatment.
