Ischaemic Lesions in Acute Intracerebral Haemorrhage
This study looks at how brain blood flow might be affected after a bleed in the brain (a type of stroke). Doctors often lower blood pressure to stop bleeding, but this might also reduce blood flow, potentially causing new blockages. This research uses special brain scans to understand these effects better.

This study looks at whether the drug levetiracetam (Keppra) can help people recover better after a brain bleed (intracerebral haemorrhage). We're testing if it improves how well people can do daily activities and reduces problems six months later.
