Phase 2 Study of Preoperative Gemcitabine Plus Cisplatin with Durvalumab (MEDI4736) and Tremelimumab in intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (NeoTreme)

This study is testing a new combination of medicines before surgery for a rare type of liver cancer called intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma. It aims to see if these medicines can help more patients have successful surgery by making the tumour smaller or easier to remove.
