Maralixibat for Intrahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy

This study is testing a new medicine, Maralixibat, for pregnant people who have Intrahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy (ICP). It wants to see if the medicine is safe and helps reduce high bile acid levels during pregnancy. It's a Phase 2 study.
