Phase 2 EL219 Versus Liposomal Amphotericin B or Voriconazole for Early Antifungal Therapy

This study is testing a new medicine called EL219 for serious fungal infections. It compares EL219 to existing treatments (liposomal amphotericin B or voriconazole) to see if it is safe and works well in people who are already at risk due to a weakened immune system.
