Evaluation of the efficacy of intra venous dornase alfa (Pulmozyme®) on arterial recanalization in post-thrombectomy angiography in patients managed for ischemic stroke with thrombolysis and eligible for thrombectomy: a single-center phase II trial.
This study looks at whether a drug called Pulmozyme, given through a vein, can help clear blood clots in the brain after a stroke. It's for patients who have had a stroke and are having an operation to remove the clot, to see if Pulmozyme helps blood flow return to normal more quickly.

Early Closure of Left Atrial Appendage for Patients With Atrial Fibrillation and Ischemic Stroke Despite Anticoagulation Therapy
This study looks at whether a procedure to close off a part of the heart called the left atrial appendage (LAA) in addition to blood thinners can better prevent strokes in people with atrial fibrillation who have already had a stroke despite being on blood thinners.

Advancing Knowledge in Ischemic Stroke Patients on Oral Anticoagulants
This study looks at people who have a stroke while taking blood thinners for an irregular heartbeat. It aims to understand why this happens and what treatments work best afterwards to prevent another stroke. Researchers will collect information from medical records and follow some patients over time.

Left Atrial Appendage Exclusion for Prophylactic Stroke Reduction Trial
This study looks at whether closing off a small part of the heart called the left atrial appendage (LAA) during heart surgery can help prevent strokes in people at risk. They're comparing it to standard care in those having heart operations.

Intravenous Thrombolysis in Patients With Ischemic Stroke and Recent Ingestion of Direct Oral Anticoagulants
This study looks at how safe and effective clot-busting medicine (like Alteplase or Tenecteplase) is for people having a stroke who recently took certain blood thinners (DOACs). We want to see if it helps their recovery.
