Ubiquinone vs. Ubiquinol Supplementation
This study looks at two types of CoQ10 supplements, ubiquinone and ubiquinol, to see if they can improve success rates for IVF in women aged 37-43. Researchers want to know if ubiquinol, which may be absorbed better, works as well or better at a lower dose.
