RESET-Myositis: An Open-Label Study to Evaluate the Safety and Efficacy of CABA-201 in Subjects With Active Idiopathic Inflammatory Myopathy or Juvenile Idiopathic Inflammatory Myopathy

This study looks at a new treatment called CABA-201 for conditions that cause muscle weakness and inflammation, like dermatomyositis. It aims to see how safe and effective this treatment is for adults and children whose condition hasn't improved with usual care.
