A Study Evaluating the Efficacy and Safety of Divarasib Versus Sotorasib or Adagrasib in Participants With Previously Treated KRAS G12C-positive Advanced or Metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer
This study looks at a new drug, divarasib, for advanced lung cancer with a specific genetic change (KRAS G12C). It compares divarasib to existing treatments, sotorasib or adagrasib, to see how well they work and if they are safe.

A Study Evaluating the Efficacy and Safety of Divarasib and Pembrolizumab Versus Pembrolizumab and Pemetrexed and Carboplatin or Cisplatin in Participants With Previously Untreated, KRAS G12C-Mutated, Advanced or Metastatic Non-Squamous Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer
This study looks at new drug combinations for a specific type of advanced lung cancer. It compares a new drug, Divarasib, with Pembrolizumab, against standard treatments to see which works best and is safest for patients with KRAS G12C-mutated non-small cell lung cancer.
