Phase 2, Multicenter, Randomized, Parallel, 3-arm, Placebo-controlled Study to Assess Efficacy and Safety of CDR132L in Patients with Reduced Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction (≤ 45%) After Myocardial Infarction (HF-REVERT)

This study looks at a new treatment (CDR132L) for people who have had a heart attack and now have weakened heart pumping. It aims to see if the treatment helps the heart recover and is safe to use. Patients will either get the new treatment or a dummy treatment.
