London Valvular Heart Disease and Reduced Ejection Fraction Detection in a Multi-ethnic Community Using Cardiac Ultrasound
This study uses heart scans in local communities to find heart valve problems and heart weakness in people over 65, especially in diverse groups. The goal is to train local staff to do these quick scans, helping people get treatment sooner and reduce emergency hospital visits.

Impella®-Supported PCI in High-Risk Patients With Complex Coronary Artery Disease and Reduced Left Ventricular Function
This study looks at using a small heart pump called Impella during a common heart procedure (PCI) for people with serious heart disease and weak heart muscles. It compares this approach to standard care to see if Impella improves recovery and long-term health.
