Extended Treatment Protocol for Subjects Continuing to Benefit From Ibrutinib.
This study helps people with certain cancers or GvHD who are already taking ibrutinib and benefiting from it. It allows them to keep getting the medication if they can't get it commercially and helps researchers learn more about its long-term use.

A Study of Pirtobrutinib (LOXO-305) Versus Ibrutinib in Participants With Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL)/Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma (SLL)
This study compares a new medicine, pirtobrutinib, with ibrutinib for chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL). It's for adults, some of whom may have had previous treatment, and some who are newly diagnosed, especially if they have a specific gene change.
