A Study of Nivolumab in Participants With Hepatocellular Carcinoma Who Are at High Risk of Recurrence After Curative Hepatic Resection or Ablation

This study looks at a medicine called nivolumab for liver cancer. It's for people who've had surgery or other treatment to remove their cancer, but are at high risk of it coming back. We want to see if nivolumab can stop the cancer from returning.
