Phase 1b Study to Evaluate ATP128, VSV-GP128 and BI 754091, in Patients With Stage IV Colorectal Cancer
This study looks at new treatments for advanced bowel cancer that has spread. It tests a new vaccine (ATP128), a drug called BI 754091, and sometimes another vaccine (VSV-GP128), both alone and in combinations, to see if they are safe and how well people tolerate them.

SBRT of Metastases Following Neo-adjuvant Treatment for Colorectal Cancer With Synchronous Liver Metastases
This study looks at using a special type of radiation, called SBRT, for liver tumours in people with bowel cancer. It's for patients who have these liver tumours at the same time as their bowel cancer and have already had some initial treatment.

Gadoxetate Abbreviated MRI in Metastatic Colorectal Cancer
This study looks at a new, faster way to scan for colon cancer spread to the liver using a special MRI dye called Primovist. We want to see if this quicker scan is as good as the longer one for finding all liver tumours, which is important for planning surgery.

Preoperative Ketogenic Diet for Reduction of Hepatic Steatosis
This study looks at how a special low-carb diet (ketogenic diet) before liver surgery might help reduce fat in the liver. Less fat could lead to fewer problems during and after surgery for patients with fatty liver.
