Assess Efficacy & Safety of Selumetinib in Combination With Docetaxel in Patients Receiving 2nd Line Treatment for v-Ki-ras2 Kirsten Rat Sarcoma Viral Oncogene Homolog (KRAS) Positive NSCLC

This study looks at a new drug, selumetinib, combined with standard chemotherapy (docetaxel) for a specific type of advanced lung cancer. It aims to see if this combination works better than chemotherapy alone for patients whose cancer has the KRAS gene mutation.
