Exercise for Improving Long-course Chemoradiotherapy Efficacy in People With Locally Advanced Rectal Cancer

This study looks at whether a structured exercise programme can improve cancer treatment for people with locally advanced bowel cancer. It involves supervised vigorous exercise before, during, and after chemotherapy and radiotherapy, aiming to help around 30 patients at Castle Hill Hospital.
