Combination of pembrolizumab with oral metronomic cyclophosphamide in patients with chest wall breast cancer (PERICLES): A phase II study

This study is looking at a new way to treat breast cancer that has come back in the chest wall or spread. Researchers are combining two existing cancer drugs, pembrolizumab and cyclophosphamide, to see if this mix can shrink tumors effectively.
