A Phase 2b, Randomized, Placebo-Controlled, Double-Blind, Parallel Group Dose-Finding Clinical Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of RMC-035 in Participants at High Risk for Kidney Injury Following Open-Chest Cardiac Surgery

This study is testing a new medicine, RMC-035, for people who are having heart surgery. It aims to see if the medicine can prevent kidney problems that sometimes happen after this type of operation, and if it's safe to use. Patients will be given the medicine or a dummy treatment.
