A Phase 1/2, Single-arm, Open-Label Trial to Evaluate the Safety and Efficacy of Nadofaragene Firadenovec Instilled to the Renal Pelvis in Adult Subjects with Low-Grade Upper Tract Urothelial Carcinoma (LG-UTUC)

This study is testing a new treatment, called ADSTILADRIN, for adults with a type of bladder cancer that affects the tubes connecting the kidneys to the bladder (LG-UTUC). Researchers want to see how safe and effective this new treatment is.
